Trump's Executive Orders spread worldwide chaos and the temporary end of the rule of law?

The recent Executive Order about People from the 7 countries in the middle East is obviously Unconstitutional in the first place. So, even though Trump is making the people voting for him happy he is breaking the law and undermining the Constitution as President. He is increasing the costs of keeping  people's rights intact through the courts and so is burdening the court system. He is taking away people's rights to travel who are allowed under the Constitution to travel. I suppose the ONLY good thing about this is he is only doing this illegal and unconstitutional thing for only 120 days which is likely a shorter time than all this will be resolved by the courts.

But, by doing this, he might be making the government liable for suits against the government by people whose rights were violated and some in the course of time might be murdered or die without recourse in other countries and the government also might become liable in wrongful death suits because of this too.

So, Trump is potentially making the government liable for paying out potentially hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements in valid civil suits against the Federal Government.

I wonder what the American people and the Congress are going to think about Trump breaking the law with unconstitutional Executive Orders in the first place.

It is a very dangerous slippery slope. Because what if Trump created an Executive order to kill a whole U.S. city or foreign city of people but then was sued by all the families of all these people with wrongful death suits?

Something like this would bring potentially billions of dollars of liability against the government.

Would Trump also be convicted of mass murder of thousands also or would this just be considered warfare against another country or warfare against your own people here in the U.S.?

Most of our presidents were sane and law abiding. Trump likely is someone who doesn't respect laws or the Constitution very much at all.
