Why?
Because whatever they come up with will have just as many problems in the end as Obamacare does and it will also be extremely partisan because the Democrats are really pissed off that the Republicans want to repeal Obamacare rather than to just repair Obamacare so they are saying they will not help Republicans destroy Obamacare first. They will only help Republicans Repair Obamacare.
So, if the Republicans are practical they will just repair Obamacare and just start calling it Trumpcare and leave it at that.
Otherwise, it is going to be a Democratic Majority in the Congress in two years.
It's a given.
