This movie has been one of my favorites of both Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jamie Lee Curtis ever since it came out in 1994. You likely wouldn't see this type of move made now simply because of Timothy McVeigh and Osama Bin Laden's 9-11. It was a time of relative innocence still compared to now when the Christian White Supremacist Terrorist McVeigh in Oklahoma city blew up 168 people dead and 600 injured and then the 9-11 attacks from Osama Bin Laden killed 2,996 people, injured over 6,000 others.
I watched it again this evening and thought more about our time of relative innocence regarding terrorist attacks compared to McVeigh in 1995 and Bin Laden on 9-11 in multiple attacks.
Before 9-11, McVeigh killed and injured more people in a terrorist White Supremacist attack than ever before in the whole history of the U.S.
