There are ONLY 3 potential choices to avoid eventual world Chaos

Here are the three choices:
1. World War
2. Allow unbridled Global Warming to thin out mankind
3. World enforced birth control

However, from all these three things the ONLY ONE that could keep things in balance on earth for maybe 1 million years or more would be:

World enforced birth control for all human beings.

Why?

Because world war is a temporary fix, and it only works if there are no nukes at all used.

Because Global Warming left unchecked without Terra-forming to prevent it only causes Temperatures to rise eventually to 76 degrees average at the north pole. It has been this average temperature before there by the way.

Terra-forming by the way means modifying land and sea in some way (in this case to reduce Global Warming)

In a recent article I was trying to come up with a useful way to reduce temperatures in the oceans. I think I came up with one idea that would pay for itself by using something like 1000 tall to 10,000 feet tall solar panels spinning like a Christmas tree for wind generation of power that would be higher than the tallest ship at it's base except for the main shaft in the center. So, as the TRee? absorbed sunlight and spun slowly from the wind it also would shade the sea from the sun to reduce Global Warming and to reduce "Out of control" storms from creating an Ice age upon land.

In a previous article I mentioned that you mostly cannot do things that affect both the land and the sea at the same time to affect global warming because heat goes at least 30 feet deep in the oceans and mixes in currents whereas heat on lands goes mostly only 3 inches to a foot deep most places. This is why lands cool but oceans don't in the same way and are vulnerable to ice ages even if the seas are 90 to 100 degrees around them. (This is only for the larger continents) for smaller islands they likely would be similar in temperatures to the seas around them.

So, just as a tree on land shades people and animals and smaller plants and trees we could built solar and wind arrays over the ocean above the heights of ships that travel that could capture the winds for wind power and capture the sun for solar power while also cooling the oceans at the same time as long as ships missed the main shaft going vertical which would be like the Trunk of the tree shading the ocean.

This area covered from sunlight would tend to also cool the waters around it. So, you would have to build enough "Solar and Wind powered giant "Christmas trees on a shaft" to cool the oceans enough to prevent further global warming.

By creating computer models of where to build these for the most effective reduction of Hurricanes, tornadoes and out of control winds above 200 or 300 miles per hour human habitation could continue unabated on planet earth with out causing eventual human extinction of everything alive on the surface of earth.

If we don't do this (or something like this eventually) the only humans who survived would be forced to live underground to avoid 300 plus mile per hour winds and hurricanes and tornadoes which would blow them away wherever they were on earth (as well as any crops they grew on the surface of the planet too. So, basically in a 300 mile per hour wind no vegetation or leaves gets left on anything.

If you don't believe me just go to Barbuda Island today and look at the complete lack of vegetation and why no one can live there for now caused by a hurricane. It is said it will take 40 years now for everything to grow back as it once was.

Also, if the shafts Trunks of the Christmas trees were lit up by lights so Ships at sea could see them and miss them easier this might be helpful too to avoid collisions with ships and boats which would be generating electricity just off the shores for nations on warmer waters around the world.

So, it would be benefiting mankind both by generating wind and solar power and also be benefiting mankind by reducing the severity of winds, storms, Hurricanes and tornadoes, thereby preventing an ice age from forming on land and wiping out civilizations on major continents.

Because it is the heat in the oceans that causes extreme evaporation with extreme clouds and these extreme clouds and precipitation from the oceans eventually results in short or long ice ages on continents.

So, this would be one way to help prevent this problem from occurring to mankind once again and possibly reducing populations so severely that we lose all major technology through the loss of life of those educated enough and skilled enough to build our technology.
