By going up to History in my browser and clicking on history if you are in Chrome or Firefox you can do this. Possibly other browsers can do this as well. I don't know.
If you are in Chrome click "History" up at the top.
then scroll down to "Show full history" and click on that.
Next in Chrome click "Clear Browsing Data"
which should clear all your history and your cookies if you have the right things checked.
However, you have to know what you are doing here because you don't want to delete any things
you might need so be careful what you have checked. If you ONLY want to delete cookies only
click on the "Cookies" check mark for example.
Also, you will have to log into your computer or Google after you do this if you delete fully your history.
But, the upside to all this is your computer will run much faster if you do this about once a week or once a month.
Many people with a technical background do this daily or even hourly to maximize their computer processing speeds over time because cookies and history slow your computers down more than almost anything.
