The Disruption

The disruption to the Earth’s climate will ultimately command more attention and resources and have a greater influence on the global economy and international relations than other forces visible in the world today.

As people are literally blown away in winds over 100 miles per hour or drown in Hurricanes or Typhoons or are flooded out by these and other situations resources will be diverted in extreme ways to protect the wealthiest of mankind while the poorest often will be left to die alone in these radical shifts of climate worldwide.

One of the ways mankind can survive is to move underground so they won't have their homes blown away (but not in a flood plain). So, tying up a boat at your home to a cement block or tree will become more normal in the future for people who live in flood plains just like people building into the sides of mountains on on top of hills out of flood plains to live underground so their homes aren't blown away also will become more normal over time.

The Only real question is how long this will take in various places worldwide.

People who have already lost relatives or friends to global climate changes in it's various forms likely will be the most motivated to seek shelter in new and  more innovative ways first.
