In addition to be in a business war and a cyberwar are we also in a Weather war worldwide as well?

All these articles could make each of us question this possibility. What I have noticed is all this weather altering technology from the 1950s through the 1970s "SUDDENLY?" went underground and everyone denied it's existence starting in the 1980s.

So, my point of view about all this is: "Are people being killed in this weather war worldwide now and is the earth being depopulated consciously by one or more nations?"

There is a logic to this because of nuclear weapons and the fact that because of nuclear weapons big wars cannot happen without ending all life on earth. Overpopulation is out of control many places on earth. I have been to some of these overpopulated areas especially in Asia myself. IF you have ever been to a place like Los Angeles even it is pretty overpopulated itself but in a more developed nation there isn't the suffering physically that there would be in other locations and cultures around the world.

So, here is my question: "Are the largest nations on earth waging weather warfare on the smaller ones or is this weather warfare conducted by the larger nations on each other AND all the smaller nations too?

I'm not sure of the answer to any of these questions but isn't it suspicious that the technology of altering weather was developed in the 1950s through the 1970s then denied ever since?
