This was about 3 years ago now. I don't seem to get this notice anymore. So, I don't know if the laws changed in Europe and the U.S. or what happened. When I regularly received this notice I wrote articles that told people that I personally never add Cookies to anything I write. However, I have no way to know whether things I quote have cookies in them or not. I'm just not sure how to even be able to know this information. Though it's true I can code in HTML I have no idea at all what cookie code even looks like.
