I was listening to a CNN report about this and it seems like it most likely is food poisoning or something like fentanyl in drugs the people took. Why? Because it involved two men and a women dying in two cabanas and one almost dying. So, the likelihood is first food poisoning from something they all ate or fentanyl in some kind of drugs they bought there or somewhere else. Also, those who died were throwing up before they died which means their bodies knew something they ingested was wrong so they threw it up.
