It's not to say that Putin is thinking this way necessarily. It's to say that he is being manipulated (at least at this point in his life) by forces on earth and off earth towards significantly reducing human populations on earth. Why?
Because reducing world populations likely might be the ONLY way to reduce the damages of Global Climate changes this century and after.
IF we want ANY human beings at all to survive the next 500 years here on earth we likely need to know that our populations would have to reduce by at least 7/8 of what they presently are to allow any humans to survive at all within 500 years. So, it is my belief as a precognitive psychic that this is why I keep getting that humans will be at 1 billion or below by 2100 AD.
When you are a precognitive psychic (at least this is true for me) the feelings you get the stronger they are the more likely they are going to come to pass and the 1 billion or less has stayed strong since around the early 2000s in my sense of the future.
In fact, this is the ONLY thing clear to me likely about the future past 2100 is that we will be reduced by global warming below 1 billion people here on earth (as long as we are trying to live on the surface of earth and not living under the earth instead).
I found myself in shock yesterday simply because the temperatures around New Delhi were at or beyond 120 degrees this early in May of 2022.
If you have ever been in New Delhi (I have) this would be a disaster for anyone not rich enough to own and have electricity for an air conditioner where they were. So, people having to work outside in these temperatures could easily die.
