If 327.9 million people in the cities in China are in lockdowns, it kind of makes you wonder what's happening in the rest of China?

 People are more organized in cities and the wealthier people often tend to live there because of higher paying jobs than out in the country. But, if 327.9 million people are in lockdowns in the cities what is happening in the rest of the country? It's kind of hard to say. However, as we know here in the U.S. and in Europe that Omicron is far far more contagious than any other variant has been in Covid Variants. It's true many less people have died from Omicron in Europe and the U.S. than from other variants like the Delta Variant which likely killed the most people of the 1 million so far that died just here in the U.S.

However, then you have to factor in that Sinovax vaccine isn't effective against Omicron only 30% at best and people in China over 40 to 50 were never vaccinated according to Chinese policy. So, the Chinese prediction that around 3 million Chinese people in China will die from Omicron between now and summer or fall might be accurate. Remember, there are at least 1.4 billion people in China so this is something to consider right now too regarding China if only 327.9 million of them are in lockdowns in Cities so far.

Even here in the U.S. they expect to have 100 million Omicron cases in the Fall and winter of 2022 now.
