If the Democrats play their cards right now they will take more seats in the fall 2022 midterms in both houses

 Since 69% (a majority) of the American people want abortion rights to remain for women here in the U.S. it's a no brainer to focus attention on this and this way Democrats will actually gain seats in both the House and the Senate if the Democrats run with this issue through to the midterms. It will also in the meantime destroy all credibility of the Supreme court for 20 or more years. The Supreme Court just shot itself in the foot and could die from a foot infection by this happening now. We may presently be witnessing the death of one of the three branches of government of the U.S. right now.
