For me, I use a simple method by saying to myself: "I always will know what to do next". By saying this in my mind I empower God and Life to show me what I need to do next always.
It doesn't really matter whether you believe in God or angels or are just a person who doesn't believe in anything really.
This is a method to tap into the full power that LIFE has given each of us by empowering our subconscious minds to help us always move forward no matter what.
It allows your mind to stay fearless and resourceful through whatever arises in life.
IT's not just saying this to your mind that is helpful it is believing it. It is believing in yourself and it also can be believing in God and Life Empowering you if you wish too.
By Believing it your mind (subconscious mind) is free to solve all your problems moment by moment one by one the rest of your lives.
And if you teach this method to your children they will be able to solve all their problems one by one too.
