What can make a 4000 mph to 7000 mph right angle turn within our atmosphere?

UFOs with Time space altering technology. If you have ever thought of the physics of an extreme right angle turn at 4000 to 7000 miles per hour in our atmosphere and pictured that in your mind what you wind up with is a little like what you see bugs do when they hit your windshield. You get "Splat!" and that's all.

So, technically to be able to make a right angle turn in our atmosphere without burning up or dying you need to alter time and space to be able to do this and live if you are a physical living being like a human being. I suppose if you were an energy being like the Plasma beings that live in our sun that wouldn't be necessary or if you were some other basically not physical being like maybe one made of something like a lightning bolt but most people have never seen that before (at least here on earth).
