The way I understand it presently, the storm hitting California around San Francisco Sunday and Monday is likely a remnant o the Alaskan Cold or Freezing Cyclone hitting Alaska this week which is the strongest storm to ever hit there except for one that hit in 2011. It is an extratropical storm which means it's core is cold "like in The Day After Tomorrow(2004), the movie. So, at core it is extremely cold just as a tropical hurricane is extremely warm and over usually water over 79 degrees Fahrenheit or it cannot exist as a hurricane.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
