Sunshine

 Sunshine

on my face

warms my face

makes the day

worthwhile

Lately, it has been sunny more where I live on the coast near San Francisco. Most years recently because of the drought it has been sunny. What is different about this year compared to drought years is that it was raining on cloudy from before Christmas through the end of January.

So, this has a lot of meaning in my life now what I wrote.

When the sun is out I find I can face the day better. Since I'm retired I can wake up and sit out in the backyard on my deck in the sun. The house was designed well by the architect and builder so that it is almost always warm in the sun to sit even with out a jacket any time of year. So, solar heating through the windows and sliding glass doors is nice too even in the winter time. In the summers if it is too warm (like in August through October) I can close the shutters on my main sliding glass doors so the sun doesn't make it unbearable inside. But, I live where you don't usually need air conditioning in your home year around on the northern California coast.

Sunshine warms my face

makes life seem

worthwhile

It's good to feel life is worth living

it's good to have a good life in a place like the United States

It's good to live on the coast of Northern California

By God's Grace
