The Jack Russell Corgi mix is sort of a sad story

I think we had her for a few years but then my son's first wife was baby sitting our then likely 4 to 5 years old youngest daughter and forgot to bring in our Jack Russell Corgi mix or Furby that night. So, she (the jack russell Corgi got into a fight with a raccoon over the trash can and gave as good as she got but he bit her on the chest but didn't kill her. However, she had to be put to sleep because over the next month at the Veterinary hospital she got kidney failure. We brought Furby to say goodbye while they peed together one last time before we held her and the doctor put her to sleep. This was very hard on my daughter because she was very young 4 to 7 likely when this happened and this was her special first dog. So, we bought her a puppy, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi to replace her Jack Russell Corgi mix that died.

This was a good thing because we had come to love all the Corgi Attributes of the Jack Russell Corgi female dog we had for several years before she died. They are a very smart and affectionate family dog. But they are very eccentric in some ways too. Like they make sounds some times almost like someone talking sometimes too. But, a very smart dog like all dogs bred for herding that are shepherd dogs. They are a smaller dog (around 30 pounds) with a big dog attitude which a lot of people like.
