Portland is cloudy a lot now like around San Francisco this summer

 However, this also keeps the temperatures lower too. I took the dog out at around 9 am this morning and it was only 61 degrees. Because of the overcast it is only supposed to be 83 degrees today. So, the temperatures have been relatively pleasant not like the 95 to100 degree temperatures between Mt. Shasta and Eugene, Oregon as we were driving north. We are enjoying being here for now and resting from all the traveling and visiting friends.
