The biggest problem with not having power in Portland might be frozen and broken pipes from freezing

Frozen and broken pipes both inside and outside of homes and businesses. I wonder how many people frozen out of homes and businesses there since Saturday are going to come back to work or home to frozen ice sculptures inside or outside of their homes or businesses?
