I saw how Palm Trees were falling down into the ocean in Hawaii while i was there

 Close to many resorts in Hawaii the ocean is rising ever so slowly or quickly depending upon your point of view. So, I saw palm trees that had fallen into the ocean or were about to fall into the ocean near some of these resorts when I was there last fall. Since the ocean is rising walkways and grassy areas and palm trees are falling into the ocean one by one just like in California now too if they grow anywhere near the ocean on the beaches there.
