It's windy but the storm passed over us by 8 am so it's sunny and windy now and cooler

I took the dog out in the middle of the night to do her business and it was lightly raining about 2 to 3 AM then. The rain actually first woke me up a little earlier than that. So, it's nice to have it sunny now but windy and cooler than the rest of this week. However, it is presently 63 degrees and going to 65 which is okay except for the wind. So, the wind is presently about 12 mph except for gusts way up beyond that to 20 to 40 miles per hour winds. I can see the trees and bushes swaying in the wind outside but the sun is nice and the birds are all out here in Santa Barbara.
