how much more water can air contain at 110 degrees Fahrenheit than 50 degrees Fahrenheit? 8 times more? This appears to be the case.

So, if the water contained in air can double every 20 degrees this is pretty frightening for Earth right now because both water and air temperatures have never been as high as they are now in recorded history. if I take the mathematics of this seriously this then means that:

Water at 110 degrees Fahrenheit can contain 8 times the water of air at 50 Degrees Fahrenheit.

You can now see the real problem for the whole world if this is true in regard to Flooding places on earth more regularly. So, what people often call 1000 year events are going to be happening literally all the time now all over the world in various places and flooding people out and washing their homes and farms away more and more this century.

begin quote from:
The common rule of thumb is that the moisture holding capacity of saturated air doubles for every 20°F increase in temperature.
