It's kind of like Watching a SNL (Saturday Night Live Skit) gone completely bonkers.
It is so well written (in an SNL sense) of humor within humor within humor) that it sort of explodes my mind as I watch it. Bill Hader is addressing so many many of our issues today in 2018 in completely insane ways that you don't know whether to laugh or to cry first at each and every point.
It's true it's not for everyone. But, if you want to laugh before you cry at the problems our society is having today Barry is going to blow your mind in 10 directions at once.
He does this by contrasting basically 4 basic worlds by colliding them into each other.
1. Actors becoming actors
2. Soldiers from Afghanistan and Iraq becoming private citizens again
3. Foreign Street Gangs in the U.S.
4. Craziness within police departments
5. And The Fonz (Henry Winkler) as an acting teacher who likes a Black female Police detective.
And as you watch the weave of craziness between all these you either are going to laugh or to cry so I laugh and am amazed at how good the writing and presentation of all this is.
However, once again it isn't for everyone. Just like Deadpool isn't for everyone.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
