Because Crystals will help us survive chip technology and the Technological Singularity because of their natural abilities.
They have natural abilities in this kind of direction that could be very helpful to us. They would not be seduced by digital technology the way humans are often hypnotized and distracted by it to the point where it could be fatal or life destroying for many. So, they would act as a mitigating force keeping humans from going extinct.
Though many will die or go dysfunctional or insane from digital technology and AI this century those that survive will get the help of Crystalline life forms to protect them from digital excesses.
AI (artificial intelligence and robotics) will be a lot like heroin to many people and they either will not survive or they won't be considered to be human anymore by most people in the coming centuries.
So, there will be regular people who use technology as a tool and then there will be people so addicted to it that they won't be considered to be human anymore.
Terms maybe like "Digital Addicts" or " AI Addicts" will come into the nomenclature of the planet.Or other references to this dysfunctional condition sort of like a drug addict.
So, a relationship with the Sentient Beings that Crystals are will tend to save mankind who relate to the Crystal sentient beings from the coming and present Technological Singularity we are presently in.
Trump is but one symptom of the Technological Singularity. Putin's use of Social Media against the world is another Symptom of the Technological Singularity. China's watching every movement of what everyone does or reads or watches or thinks in China 24 hours of every day is also a symptom of the Technological Singularity.
However, anyone or any government that thinks that they have control of Technology is going to be very very surprised because they don't.
No one has control during a Technological singularity but the Technology itself. By the time people figure this out "IT's ALWAYS TOO LATE!". Why?
Because we apply human standards to everything and technology is not HUMAN AT ALL!
It is technology. It is not animal or vegetable, it is mineral and electricity and plastic!
Crystal sentients understand technology because they are a mineral based life form too!
What most people don't seem to understand is we are building technological mineral based lifeforms that don't function by the same rules as animals or plants or anything that we consider to be alive at present.
There lies our potential downfall as human beings.
We have no idea whatsoever what we have actually created at this point.
