Above Top Secret

This is a classification within U.S. Governmental secret agencies. It basically means these days "It's too secret for even the present President of the United States to know about except obliquely". In other words it is based upon plausible deniability for any U.S. President past or future or present.

However, it does exist and it is believed that at least President Truman and President Eisenhower because of their World War II experiences were believed to be able to be a part of the "Above Top Secret" government activities. I'm not sure this has been entirely true every since.

Many people believe that the primary reason for the creation of the C.I.A. and the N.S.A. was a direct effect of Roswell. So many believed both then and now that these organizations and others were created primarily to control information regarding Roswell types of things and to create plausible misinformation to be enforced by people disappearing only when they didn't agree and follow through with keeping quiet about it all.

Now, on the surface this all seems pretty scary. But secret agencies of every country are scary. They are created to be scary enough to keep those governmental systems intact against all comers and to work for the common good of their country and hopefully all mankind if this were an ideal world.

But, what I'm getting at here is something entirely different. What if the secret that these agencies are covering up diligently now for over 60 years now is that time travel has not only been developed in the past or future, but is being used especially by future humans of earth.

If there is ongoing contact between future humans and present humans in Above Top Secret ways and has been since possibly Roswell or before then not only do we have a flat earth internet wise but we also may live in a timeless world where the past present and future might as well all be the same and where nuclear holocausts can be corrected whenever necessary.
