Making Fresh Organic Orange Juice with a Breville Juicer
Basically, it is very easy. All you have to do is to peel your oranges after you rinse them off first. Then you drop the spheres of orange into the juicer one by one. The seeds and pulp shoot off into the pulp bin and you wind up with a foamy version of orange juice that reminds me a little of a Orange only orange julius which is a really great way to start out the day. I used a mostly all stainless steel juicer which is a Breville Elite 1000 watt juicer. My wife really loves fresh orange juice in the morning. However, you could use almost any juicer that has a built in sieve and do the same thing. Another version could also be done in a blender by peeling the oranges and taking out the seeds blending it in the blender and then straining it. Or you could just do it the old fashioned way of cutting the oranges in half and using one of those juicing dishes that fits inside one half of an orange. Either way you choose organic orange juice is a great way to start off the day with live food and natural vitamin C to ward off colds and flus this time of year on through the winter.
