For me, I happened upon a Buddhist prayer that I liked which is:
May all beings attain bliss and the cause of bliss
May all beings be free from suffering and the cause of suffering
May all beings never be without the supreme bliss that is free from all near and far
all grasping and aversion."
I have said this inside myself and sometimes if I am alone or in the right group I say it out loud
as a prayer.
Likely internally I have given this prayer millions of times at this point. How I look at this is we need to take responsibility for our thoughts and feelings, so we need whenever possible to create more civilized and useful thoughts and feelings. We can do this by conditioning our subconscious minds through various useful prayers and meditations.
I find this prayer in it's own way for me is more powerful than any other prayer.
The reason for this is I experience all life in the universe ending suffering and experiencing eternal bliss. By doing this I create this experience in my aura. When I am experiencing this in my aura when people are near me they stop being afraid because my presence changes their reality and influences it in a positive way.
If you understand how consciousness actually works and what heaven actually is then you too understand what I'm talking about here. Heaven isn't someplace else it is a permanent state of consciousness. It's just that while wearing a human body you aren't likely to live in heaven 24 hours a day because of the physical body you presently live in as a soul. However, you can experience heaven many days 24 hours a day or even 1 hour a day or 12 hours a day.
Haven't you ever experience heaven in your dreams? Why not experience that same heaven when you are awake too. It allows you to be calm and not worried all the time. Your aura while living in a heaven realm helps you to avoid problems of all kinds both health related and physical problems.
This is just part of the natural laws of the universe. Once you discover this you move towards living in heaven every single day.
People might say, "I'm dying!" But, what a great time to live in Heaven in preparation for your time full time there!"
I'm serious!
One needn't resist pain. One needn't be afraid of death.
I find living one's life without causing harm to others by accident or on purpose much harder than dying. Dying is easy. You just go to sleep.
Dying isn't hard. Living is hard when you don't want to create bad karma. Dying is easy. Creating yourself into a heaven realm is easy.
Remember this next time you are afraid. Create yourself not afraid.
Except when a bus is rolling down the street and about to hit you. Then be afraid enough to get out of the way!
So, if your fears are not realistic or genuine just stop being afraid. Death is not something to be afraid of. Life is way more scary than death because of karma. So, for me, trying to be kind to myself and all life in the universe creates more and more time in heaven while still in a physical body for me every day. IT also appears to lengthen you life too.
I had to retire in 1998 and 1999 because I was dying. But, I'm much healthier now in 2015 and so have already been retired 15 or more years. God is amazing! By God's Grace!
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
