Some things that are useful to know about:
Time and space travel combined is used not only by most groups visiting the U.S. it is also used by the U.S. government as well to prevent nuclear events after they happen. So, time is being modified all the time here on earth.This is a given.
2nd: Earth is viewed as a park (except by alien criminals). So, aliens come here on vacation and many live here too as per agreements with governments on earth. In fact, movies like Men in Black are the most realistic (even though incredibly funny too at the same time).
3rd: So, to see human beings like us sort of like we humans see deer in Yosemite national park or Yellowstone national park is actually the most realistic way of seeing this.
So, most movies about UFOs are completely ridiculous except for the ones more like Men in Black where they visit us regularly and pretend to be human beings.
Why don't people know this generally speaking?
Because people who are attached to their religions and world views might go psychotic en masse. People if they knew for sure what was happening would cause the collapse of many or most governments on earth.
So, seeing Earth as a Galactic Park might be the most useful thing to say here with us as the deer that people admire from all over this galaxy and others.
But, if this makes your head spin then just pretend all this isn't the truth because most people likely cannot deal with the truth of what I'm writing about here anyway.
However, to the best of my experience and knowledge this is actually what is going on.
But, if someone asked me in person likely I would say this is all science fiction. But really it isn't.
