We witnessed this last in the 1930s during the Great Depression up through World War II which then caused the Cold War. World War II caused up to 100 million deaths. Then from 1945 until 1990 the Cold War caused at least another 100 million deaths.
We are presently watching the old world order created by 200 million deaths unravel at present. What will it be replaced with? if Anything?
It's hard to say right now other than to say overpopulation and Global Warming are destroying the sense of order in the world for now. Will anything replace it or not? We don't know.
