Whether the people in Mosul are genocided by ISIS or whether they are later genocided by Shia Militias, either way they will all be dead.

And without enough observers on the spot when all this happens it might be difficult for anyone to prove who did what to whom after the fact unless it is seen by eyes in the sky (satellites or Drones).
However, most of the time video like that is classified.
