Kissing and grabbing women's genitals (who also might be married like him) seems to be one of Trump's favorite hobbies down through the years along with sponsoring beauty pageants so he can see them naked or mostly naked in dressing rooms with or without their permissions. So, I think the next 50 or 100 women to come forward will wait until the election is over when people will realize it really happened to all or most of them.
So, I think this will only increase after the election is over, not diminish at all.
