Almost ANYTHING is possible

This more than anything else is what life has taught me.

So, even Trump is not a completely bad thing because like Descartes the famous French Philosopher said (translated into English) is that "Nothing is so good that no bad my come of it and nothing is so bad that no good may come of it."

So, I tend to see Trump like being awoken having fallen to sleep in a snowstorm by Trump. You might not like being woken up to freezing to death but if he hadn't come along and slapped you maybe the human race really would have died and frozen to death in their sleep.

So, Trump is like a warning to us all as to what Could happen and without this warning of changes beyond which anyone can actually deal with (just like in the 1930s and 1940s) maybe the human race would have gone extinct. So I see him as a "Canary in a Coal Mine" telling us just how bad things actually are and how much worse they are sure to get if we don't spring into action and save our own lives.

Because without someone to wake us up we likely would have been toast in our developed world complacency. But now, we may have to literally fight for our lives to not freeze to death in a blizzard of senses going away in hypothermia into hallucinations.

So, this is one way to look at it.

Another way to look at it is how my life has always gone. It has been a very long life punctuated by what I can only call "Miracles". So, if miracles hadn't happened (just in regard to illnesses not accidents) I would have died in 1950 by 1963, in 1998, 2006, 2012, and more recently. So, this is just the miracles that allowed me to stay alive, ski, ride motorcycles, climb mountains, travel the world.

So, miracles for me are way of life. And when I traveled to India and Nepal in 1985 and 1986 most people I met there also saw miracles as a way of life for them too. Because without miracles most people who are adults would already be dead. This is just the way it actually is on earth.

Many people (because of advanced medical Care) in developed nations don't believe in God anymore but this is only because they are not terrified as much out of their minds by incurable diseases and in pain and dying like many people were in the whole world while I was growing up. Friends of mine had polio that they recovered from  the (but many didn't recover). Many died from whooping cough. (I nearly died until the Archangels led by Archangel Michael rescued me in 1950.

So, I am ONLY alive by the Grace of God and most people on earth who still don't have good medical care know that they are only alive by the Grace of God (or Buddha) too.

This is just a fact of life around the world.
