The reason for this is logical which is "If Time travel has been invented because it is possible anytime in the past, present and future then it also has existed ever since humans came to this planet and before."
So, this logical assumption, if it is correct obviously means the past, present and future is constantly changing (because it CAN be changed).
So, this obviously means, nothing in the past, present or future is absolutely sacrosanct and is subject to change.
Therefore, only your memories and the memories of your family and friends are meaningful to any of us in reality. All history can and will be changed at some point or another.
And understanding this is empowering if you want to survive and prosper in your present life.
