2 am winds expected heading south in SF Bay area to 50 miles per hour October 13th

 This is really bad news for people in fire areas right now. 2 am is a terrible time for 50 miles per hour winds just when most people need to be asleep to prepare for the next day. However, this will change to something else within a few hours time too so by 6 am something else will be happening.
