As fires increase in size because of the ever increasing winds from global warming and as hurricanes increase in intensity along with tornadoes more Americans (And Citizens) of all of earth will lose everything, farms (no water from droughts), Floods (all their topsoil goes away with the rush of water, hurricanes (blows off roofs and ruins everything inside their houses, or it floods their homes and businesses and everything is lost. Most of the world and most Americans don't have things like Hurricane or flood insurance because it is just too expensive. Many might have fire insurance on their homes and businesses but how many smaller less expensive policies from smaller insurance companies not get paid because of overextending coverage of small insurance companies trying to get larger too fast?
So, Trump's anti-global warming stance only drives most of the world to early deaths or bankruptcies or both while fat cats around the world get rich not compensating for how fast global warming is overtaking everyone now.
And this will get geometrically worse by 2030 and 2040 where more and more 3rd world governments will destabilize from some of this along with dropping oil prices as the world converts to solar, wind, wave and geothermal power worldwide.
Almost everywhere now worldwide, Solar is much less expensive than fossil fuels to do almost anything. So, Tesla Cars (and the like) with Solar Cells embedded in the roof (or all over the cars upper surfaces likely will be the norm soon everywhere.
But, lead linings on electric and hybrids are important if you want your children not to get sick before they are 30 from riding in electric or hybrid vehicles. If car manufacturers aren't going to do it you and I are going to have to lead line the passenger compartments somehow of our own vehicles with lead aprons or something like we wear while getting teeth x-rays.
