You could also say "Galactic Time Planets" if you wish. The point is that they are planets with the capacity for infinite time lines without their time tree ending in a bunch of Time Shards. In the Milky Way Galaxy they are somewhat of an anomaly because presently there appear to be only 12 of them. However, in the Andromeda Galaxy they are common and a problem to deal with for the Time Tree Arborists of that Galaxy. So, when Meridian went to visit them while trying to figure out part of the anomaly on earth and it's timelines they were able to share that there are 10 or 12 (12) in the Milky Way Galaxy too and that Earth is one of these. They said that Earth when Maldek blew up from a thermonuclear war (our present asteroid belt) 65 million years ago that Earth asked it's God and Goddess in it's belief pantheon for planets that are sentient like Earth if it could be an infinite Time Line planet and this was granted to Earth to make Earth an immortal planet potentially that could never die.
Note: When a piece of the blown up planet hit earth in the gulf of Mexico it killed all the largest dinosaurs which made it possible for mankind to evolve here too.
