I realized this in my teens that you can either go micro or macro with all this. For example, the atoms in your bodies are solar systems and the molecules (made up of many many atoms) are actually galaxies in our bodies and the same is true of every body and substance in the universe. So, there are infinite worlds both smaller and larger all around us.
This is one of many reasons why "All Life is Sacred" and why all life, all substance and all energy should be cherished and respected as it is sacred.
