We would be hearing more about this except for Hurricane Michael hitting the panhandle of Florida and wiping that place out and hitting Georgia as a Category 3 hurricane for the first time since the 1800s (coming over from the panhandle like this).
So, Hurricane Sergio? at 60 mph winds looks to be like it's going to flood Baja California parts of Mexico, Arizona, New Mexico, maybe Colorado and Texas and points east from there. It's even bringing some rain I think to San Diego up into Los Angeles and into Santa Barbara (it's predicted). But, because it is going to hit mostly deserts it's very dangerous to have this much potential rain around deserts and mountains because of flash flooding and mudslides throughout northern Mexico, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas and points east.
I think it hits Baja Thursday? and causes havoc through the weekend or longer.
