I was looking at a picture of an island in Bangladesh be overcome with sea water rise. Bangladesh is one of the most vulnerable places on earth because of low elevation. Other places like this are Florida (Miami specifically right now) and other low elevation places around the world. To say that Venice is sinking is no big revelation to anyone in Europe by the way. But, Coastal cities are being overwhelmed by sea water one by one especially during storms. This can only cause migrations from places being flooded out to slightly higher elevations around the world in ever increasing fashion. These people mostly, just like the people in Central America don't really want to move but are forced to just to survive. This will increase and increase this century because a tipping point has been reached.
I think this is going to cause a lot of conflicts but not necessarily the big wars we have seen in the past but one needs to be aware it is driven by overpopulation and global climate change. There have never been this many people on earth in world history so the problems we are dealing with now as a world have never been dealt with before on this level before in recorded history.
For example, there are 4 times as many people now as there were when I was born and without birth control and abortions it would be 12 to 16 billion people now instead of 8 billion and we would have already reached human extinction likely already if this were true.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
