if there are 150,000 tested cases that means 3 to 5 times that worldwide in actuality for that one day

The title is true simply because in many 3rd world nations only the highest members of the governments are tested and none of the common people. If this were just the U.S. this would  mean that at least 450,000 people had coronavirus in one day. But, in the rest of the world it could mean almost any number because of how different other nations are than the U.S. in every way.

So, in a majority of countries people are just going to be dying on the streets or in their homes and never going to a hospital because they have no money even for a test let alone a hospital stay.

So, the reality worldwide of 150,000 tested in a day could be anywhere from 450,000 to 1 million or more actual coronavirus cases in that one day.

Let's use a worldwide number like 1 million. If you have 1 million new cases in one day and that goes on 1 year then you have 365 million cases of coronavirus worldwide in actuality.

If this were true and we followed this logic then one year from now we would have 7,300,000 people dead from coronavirus at least worldwide because 2% is the average number of deaths even though in countries without enough hospital beds or health insurance the rate is 5% to 10% deaths in those countries. So, that would take it 2 to 5 times greater than 7,300,000 people.

 However, we are likely never going to know the full toll of deaths and mayhem worldwide caused by the coronavirus now or likely ever. Maybe satellite photos are going to give us some clues but that might be the only way.

The one thing I can tell you as an intuitive. Time has altered dramatically this last week because Earth isn't even the same kind of place so many have died worldwide in the last few weeks here on earth.

This appears to be much worse now than World War I or II or the Great Depression all combined in the deaths and havoc this is wreaking on mankind's civilizations at this point.

And the chaos in 3rd world nations especially might begin to bring down governments even this summer and if not this summer by next winter the way this all feels now.

When people high up in governments start to lose beloved relatives that were not properly cared for governments will start falling one by one in revenge vendettas to honor the lost love ones.

In those places it could very well be the end of civilization there temporarily or permanently.

This is why this is the single most serious national security problem on earth in the last 100 years.
