I've Never seen Ocean Water Temperatures this low here near San Francisco!

 Point Reyes ocean water Temperatures 49 degrees Fahrenheit (should be 52 to 57 or more right now)

San Francisco  ocean water temperatures 49 degrees Fahrenheit (same as above)

Buoy off of Santa Cruz: 51 degrees Fahrenheit (same as above)

Monterey  ocean water Temperatures 50 degrees Fahrenheit) Same as above)

So, obviously something very unusual is going on in the Pacific Ocean regarding currents or some other factors this year!
