People helping people can usually accomplish a whole lot more than one person struggling somewhere alone trying to stay alive. It doesn't really matter where on earth this is, this is usually true.
So, helping each other is how we create civilization and languages and culture worldwide. Without some people helping other people most of us would already be dead.
So this is something to think about.
