In 3rd world countries even under the best circumstances the covid death tolls are going to be way off

 I figure they are going to be off by a factor of 10 to 50 worldwide.

So, you can take any number they give you and multiply it by 10 to 50 and might get closer to the truth.

Why?

Because often in 3rd world countries only about 10% of the people are going to be tested for Covid to begin with. And since you have to be tested to be counted (your death) at the very least the numbers will be automatically 90% off at the very least. Why is this?

Because most people in third world nations don't have access to doctors because they are just too expensive for most people in 3rd world nations unless you are talking about free clinics which are few and far between everywhere.
