The best way I can explain this is that both China and India have an extreme amount of uneducated people. When I was in India for example in 1985 and 1986 I would say that between 50% and 60% of the people had not then been to school a day in their lives which is one of the reasons there are so many rapes there because of men never having been to school a day in their lives and so not taught about not raping women for example. Women out in the country traveled only in groups of 5 to 12 women so they wouldn't be raped for example. Only women who could drive cars felt relatively safe and only then in some parts of some cities.
So, what I'm saying here is with zero formal education this also means that those people have NO health insurance and might not ever see a doctor in their whole lives unless it is through some kind of free clinic.
As a direct result of this sort of thing the ONLY tests likely you are seeing which denote the 200,000 dead in the first place are in around 35% of the population that actually is educated.
As a result the actual amount of deaths from Covid could be between 3 and 20 times as great as the 200,000 dead presently listed who would ONLY be from the educated Classes to begin with. These are the only ones who could scientifically be counted given these variables. So, the actual amount of deaths I would say would be 600,000 to 2 million deaths given these present variables.
Everyone is completely underestimating the problem in India and South America for this reason. It's much much worse than most non-travelers to Asia or South America think at present. The lower classes that are under educated in China are likely experiencing about the same thing because the Chinese government wouldn't want people to know how bad this is there either.
So, what I'm saying here is that in countries like India and China and Brazil and others in South America or Asia who might have an educated section of people being tested have a very large section of uneducated people too that are not going to doctors at all or being tested before they die.
