I think these 26% of parents likely aren't very well educated or they believe God will save them and their children.
Either way if this figure doesn't scare you as a parent then nothing will.
My son decided to home school my grandson himself while vacationing here with us this summer. I also went through Oak Meadow school independent study to educate him from age 5 to almost 11 years old.
