Building above ground rooms as well as below ground rooms to survive both potential warfare or winds and storms 100 mph to 300 mph

 Some of you live where the water table is very close to the surface of the earth. IN this case you might have to build underground much like people build swimming pools in California where you have to seal the cement so the moisture doesn't come through into your underground rooms. However, we are entering times worldwide where having a below ground room or basement might save your life. Even if you look at what saved many people in Ukraine it was these below ground or basement rooms or subway places that they found that they could survive the cluster bombs that would have killed every living thing on the surface of the land if you had been there when they went off.

But also, a bigger long term threat to mankind isn't warfare as such but actually weather events whether they are hurricanes, tornadoes, wind storms, sand Storms, blizzards, torrential rains, or droughts of various kinds like we are experiencing in the mega drought in the Western U.S.

And we also have to expect (almost anywhere on earth) at times winds between 100 to 300 mph because of Global Warming and Global Climate changes as well. In a wind above 100 mph pieces of above ground homes are going to blow away. By 300 mph winds all wooden structures above ground are going to blow away. So, this is why you want some place to go where you don't blow away too when this happens. Or places to get away from baseball to basketball sized hail which also is likely coming in the future too.

When I was living on Maui and the big island of Hawaii I found basketball sized Grapefruits and avocados growing there and at the time I was very surprised to see avocados and grapefruits this big growing there too.
