How do people "Time Travel" without technology: Soul Travel which also intersects with Reading history on some occasions

The danger of course in studying history is that you wind up going to the actual battles where people were killed or unmercifully tortured (especially if you are reincarnated from one of those being killed or tortured. So, if you are knowledgeable regarding soul travel historically you know this is a "Clear and present Danger" for people who are reincarnations of those people who died in tragic or painful ways through torture in the past. 

So, one way to time travel without technology outside of a human body is through soul travel where you are actually there in the past, present and future when different things took place. For example, I can remember many of my thousands or more lifetimes here on earth. However, I give this prayer so I don't have to experience awful deaths or tortures or beheadings or drowning or burning to death which could put some people in insane asylums experiencing this emotionally for the 2nd or more times in their lives.

So, here is a prayer to help you if you are already clairvoyant in this way like me:

Dear God, 

Please show me what I need to know regarding the people I will meet in this lifetime in regard to past, present and future lifetimes I share with them. Please do not show me things that would psychologically impair me to the point where I couldn't continue living efficiently in this body here on earth. 

But, please show me what I need to know to move to the heaven realms surrounding earth after this lifetime once again.

PS. For example, I remember dying at Nagasaki in Japan as a 12 year old in 1945. I remember thousands of souls screaming in horror and terror when they were all blown out of their bodies all at once along with all the people who suffered for months  or years from radiation sickness before they died from that blast. 

However, I also remember the karma of being killed in this way creating my good birth in Seattle, Washington to parents who were Christian Ministers who didn't smoke or drink and were good to me growing up. And I also remember the lifetime before this engineering my future birth in Japan while I was a Guru in India when I was born in 1840 in what is now in Nepal in the Himalayas and later passing away in India in the early 1930s. So, I must have reincarnated in Japan as a baby around1933 or 1934 around there some place in order to die strategically at Nagasaki and then be born 3 years later in Seattle, Washington.

As a guru I understood all these things from my meditations and practices in that lifetime.

Many early Christians believed in Reincarnation until they were killed by Kings and Queens who wanted them to believe in Hell, Fire and Brimstone as a way of completely controlling people's lives from cradle to the grave as slaves of a monarch.
