What is the danger of the Fed Causing a Recession by raising Interest rates too fast?

 This is a real and present danger not only for the U.S. but also for every country on earth as well. For example, China isn't being very honest about Omicron in China. They likely aren't being honest about any new Variants they are finding there either. This is a very potentially grave danger for the whole world.

And then we have the FED which is designed to keep inflation in check by raising interest rates when needed to keep poorer people (and the whole economy afloat).

However, in war time (you do see we are in a wartime economy for the first time since World War II or the Cold War don't you?) this could be very dangerous raising interest rates and causing Stagflation like they already have in France and Italy and other countries. Germany might enter Stagflation soon as well because of the high cost of oil stifling their economy.

So, the greatest danger is a recession or Stagflation whichever comes first.
