After Baja California get flooded out the deserts of California might get flash flooding too. Where the mountains meet the deserts is very dangerous when this happens. The problem with deserts is there is not enough foliage to stop or slow down water when it gathers too fast so often people and cars and sometimes homes are swept away in the flash flooding. I have seen really horrific things in flash flooding in the Southern California deserts in my lifetime since the 1950s by the way. My father loved the desert and bought land near Yucca Valley so I had several near death experiences myself regarding flash flooding in the deserts of Southern California myself. To underestimate how bad desert flash flooding can be is often not to survive it at all. Unbelievable things happen during extreme desert flash flooding like they are talking about with 4 to 6 inches of rain when only 1 inch of rain can make the deserts a complete disaster like I have seen on many many occasions during my lifetime since the 1950s.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
