Tom Friedman says that the War in Ukraine will get Scarier this year. Why?

Because Putin is willing to sacrifice an unlimited amount of lives to win this war. Watching Russians and their mercenaries die without limit is horrific just to satisfy Putin's whims.  And many Ukrainians are dying to because of Putin's insane stance.
